Thirsty Koala Bears

Koala Bears asking humans for water is indeed rare because they do not like humans and can be very vicious. This just goes to show how desperate they are getting.
The states of South Australia and Victoria experiences heat waves more often which contributes to devastating bush fires.

The word koala is said to mean “doesn’t drink”. It is believed by some that Koalas get the water they need from the eucalyptus/gum leaves. And that actually approaching human residence in search of water is extremely unusual and believed to be caused by the extreme temperatures in Australia.

Some areas in South Africa are still experiencing temperatures of 40+ degrees Celsius in March!

Some people think global warming is not real. Some think man is not responsible for global warming. I’m not really concerned either way, what concerns me is when I see pictures like this. That IS real.

If we, humans, don’t conserve water, then who will?
